HTMS is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie Craig, who joined the company in May 2025 as our new Administrator.
Marie, known to many as Maz, brings with her a strong background in administration and customer-focused roles, where she has developed expertise in organisation, process management, and supporting teams to perform at their best. Alongside her professional experience, Maz is also a dedicated community rugby coach – a role that reflects her natural leadership, teamwork, and commitment to helping others grow.
Since joining HTMS, Maz has already made a significant contribution to the organisation of the business. With her proactive approach and ability to connect with people, she has quickly become an integral part of the team. Her work has enhanced the efficiency of our day-to-day operations, while her warmth and supportive nature have been widely recognised by colleagues across the company.
In addition to streamlining administrative processes, Maz has also taken the lead in fostering our team culture. She organised HTMS’s first social event – an enjoyable evening at Flight Club in Bristol – which brought the team together outside of work and reflected her enthusiasm for building strong connections.
